Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Six Figure Agent CRM website and platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Six Figure Agent CRM provides an all-in-one CRM and growth platform for insurance agents, including features such as AI appointment setting, power dialing, A2P 10DLC texting, email marketing, lead and pipeline management, and commission tracking. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account and any seats you invite.

3. Subscriptions, billing & activation fee

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription. Plans and pricing are shown at checkout. A one-time activation fee applies to set up your dedicated texting number and A2P brand registration. Team and Agency plans are billed per agent seat as described at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.

4. Cancellation & refund guarantee

There are no long-term contracts — you can cancel anytime from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. We bill monthly and do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except as required by law or under our guarantee below.

30-day guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment and our AI did not book at least three appointments for you, contact support@sixfigureagentcrm.com for a full refund, including the activation fee.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unlawful messages; to violate any law or third-party rights; to transmit malware; to reverse engineer or resell the Service; or to interfere with its operation or security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your compliance responsibilities

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your business and communications, including the TCPA, A2P 10DLC and carrier requirements, Do-Not-Call rules, CAN-SPAM, insurance licensing and advertising rules, and obtaining all necessary consents from the people you contact. You are responsible for the content of the messages and calls you send through the Service.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you upload (your “Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your Customer Data), is owned by Six Figure Agent CRM and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party services such as Stripe and Twilio. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers; no income guarantee

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results, sales, appointments, or income. Examples of earnings or outcomes are illustrative and not promises of your results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Six Figure Agent CRM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Six Figure Agent CRM from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law (including messaging and telemarketing laws).

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
