Six Figure Agent CRM (“Six Figure Agent CRM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an all-in-one CRM and growth platform for insurance agents. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or platform (the “Service”), you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Account & profile. Name, email, phone number, business/agency name, and login credentials when you sign up.
Billing. Subscription and payment information is processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; we retain limited records such as plan, billing status, and the last four digits of your card.
Content you provide. Data you upload or enter into the platform — including your book of business, leads, clients, commission statements, notes, scripts, and messaging templates.
Communications. Calls and text messages sent or received through the platform, including phone numbers, message content, call recordings and transcriptions where enabled, and delivery metadata.
Usage & device. Log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics collected automatically as you use the Service.
2. How we use information
To provide, operate, and improve the Service; process payments and manage subscriptions; power features such as AI appointment setting, dialing, texting, and commission tracking; provision A2P 10DLC brand and number registration; provide support; send service and transactional messages; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS, calling & A2P compliance
The Service enables you to send text messages and place calls to your own contacts. You are responsible for obtaining all required consents from your recipients and for complying with applicable laws, including the TCPA, A2P 10DLC requirements, and Do-Not-Call rules. Message and data rates may apply to recipients. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We do not sell phone numbers or message content collected through the Service.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Service:
Service providers (subprocessors) who process data on our behalf — for example Stripe (payments), Twilio (telephony/SMS), Supabase (database/hosting), email delivery providers, and AI model providers that power our automated features. These providers are bound to use data only to provide their services to us.
Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public. Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Your end-customers’ data
When you upload information about your leads and clients, you act as the controller of that data and we act as your processor — we handle it on your behalf to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required notices or consents for the data you put into the platform.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.
7. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices & rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and message recipients can opt out of texts by replying STOP.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, to remember preferences, to measure site usage, and for affiliate referral attribution. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
10. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app.
