1. Subscription Plans

We offer flexible monthly plans:

Agent Plan: $100/month

Top Producer Plan: $1500/month

✔ Cancel anytime
✔ No contracts or cancellation fees

2. Free Trial

Zero-day free trial included

A temporary pending charge may appear to verify your card (this is not billed)

You will only be charged after the trial ends

⚠️ To avoid charges, cancel before the trial ends.

3. Pay-As-You-Go Usage

Our platform operates on a pay-as-you-go model for communication features.

Each account receives:

$5 free credits monthly

These credits are used for:

Calls

SMS

Emails

4. Usage Pricing (Estimates)

Phone Number

$1.05/month per number

Phone Validation

$0.065 per contact

Calls

Outgoing: $0.0136/min

Incoming: $0.0089/min

SMS (Text Messages)

$0.0079 per 160-character segment

MMS (Images/Video)

From $0.0200 per message

5. Auto Recharge System

To keep your campaigns running:

When your balance drops below $5, your card will be automatically charged to refill credits

You can adjust this threshold in your billing settings

⚠️ All credit purchases are non-refundable

6. Billing & Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Managing your subscription

Updating your payment method

Monitoring your usage and campaigns

You can manage everything in:
Settings → Company Billing

7. Campaign & Usage Charges

Active campaigns will continue sending messages unless paused

Charges may still process for messages already sent (delays up to 24 hours)

8. Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

Access may be restricted

If unpaid for 7 days, your account may be canceled

All data (contacts, messages, numbers) may be permanently deleted

9. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable

Usage credits are non-refundable once added

10. Daily Limits

Current SMS limit: 3,000 segments/day
